The Resell Studio provides consignment, coaching, and store audit services. Specific terms (fees, timing, deliverables) for each engagement will be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Payments
Coaching sessions and store audits are paid in advance via PayPal. Consignment fees are structured upfront and quoted before any items are listed.
Cancellations & refunds
Coaching sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance at no cost. Refund requests are reviewed case-by-case — email hello@theresellstudio.com.
No guarantees
Reselling results vary. Advice, recommendations, and coaching are provided in good faith based on my experience, but actual outcomes depend on factors outside my control.
